Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
For venues, nothing: we install the station for free and you keep a share of every rental. For events, it depends on the type, the duration and the number of stations; we send you a fixed proposal within 2 working days.
What do you need on site?
A standard socket and a visible spot: next to the bar, the cloakroom, the reception or the dance floor.
What if someone doesn't return the power bank?
That's our problem, not yours. At venues, an amount is held on the customer's card until they return it. At events, we leave a deposit that is refunded if they're all there at collection.
How far ahead should I book for a wedding?
The sooner the better: the season runs from May to October and dates fill up. For corporate events, write to us as soon as you have the date.
Which areas do you cover?
