What data we process

The data in the request form: name, company or venue, city, email, phone (if you provide it), the option you choose and what you tell us about your event or venue.

The data in the “Recommend us” form: the name, city and type of the venue you suggest and, if you wish, your name and email.

Anything you send us by WhatsApp or email.

The photo or logo you try out in the screen editors is not sent anywhere: it stays in your browser and disappears when you close the page.

We don't use cookies or analytics tools: we don't measure your visits.

What we use it for

To answer the requests you send us through the form, prepare a proposal and manage the business relationship if we end up working together.

To look into the venues you recommend and, if you leave your email, let you know if we install a station. We don't use it for advertising or share it with third parties for that purpose.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the privacy box in each form, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts (the time it takes us to handle your request or recommendation and, if we work together, for as long as the service lasts) and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

Who else sees it

Data processors, which process data on our behalf and only for this: Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) receives the form data and forwards it to us; Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.) runs our email, where we receive your messages and reply to you.

Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus) hosts the website. Like any server, it records the IP address and the page requested in its technical logs, to serve the page and for security.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, Meta processes those messages under its own terms.

Formspree and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. These international transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We don't share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

Map and location

If the station map appears on the Charge my phone page, your browser downloads the map tiles from OpenFreeMap (Hyperknot Software Kft., Hungary), which receives your IP address to send them to you. According to its policy, it uses no cookies and doesn't store IP addresses in its access logs.

The Near me button asks your browser for your location only when you press it, and uses it right there to sort the list. We don't receive or store it.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@laddo.eu. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
