How to rent a power bank

Where are the stations?
At the venue or event where you picked up the power bank: next to the bar, the cloakroom, the reception or the entrance. At festivals you can return it to any station on site. If you can't find one, ask the staff or message us.
What if I don't return it?
At venues, a rental costs €6 (VAT included). When you take one, €30 is held on your card and released when you return it. If you don't return it within [time allowed to return it], [amount charged if it isn't returned] is charged.
At events with free charging we don't charge you anything: we just ask you to return it before you leave.
Were you overcharged?
Message us on WhatsApp with the date, the place and the amount you see on your bank statement. We'll look into it within [time to review a charge] and, if there's a mistake, refund the difference.
We will never ask you for your card number or its security code.
